Delegate Phillips moved to amend the Senate amendment on page 4, section §49-2-110a, line 35, by striking “§30-1-24 of this code” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Ҥ16-49-1 et seq. of this code;

(6) Satisfy the requirements provided in §30-1-24 of this code”.
